Integrated within a dynamic, creative team focused mainly on clients and product quality, the financial area consistently rises to the challenge of providing all essentials for efficient and sustainable business.

With a bachelor’s degree in Business Finance, from the Higher Institute of Accounting and Administration of Lisbon, Pedro joined Teixeira Duarte’s Real Estate division in August 2023.

He has been with the Teixeira Duarte Group since 2009, having worked in Consolidated Accounts until 2019. In the last 4 years, he served as the Financial Manager for the Teixeira Duarte Group in the geographical region of Mozambique. Currently, he holds the position of Administrative and Financial Director of the Real Estate division within the Group.

When analyzing a business opportunity, objective information is utilized to support the final decision as to its viability. For approved businesses, creating the conditions necessary for moving them forward is essential.

As work progresses, economic and financial indicators are monitored to serve as a basis for future decisions. Every day the repetition of this process contributes to the ongoing improvement of the business.
