Very soon, a new residential project will be launched, inserted in a place where the magnificent views over the Douro strengthen the relationship with wine and with the city, the VINTAGE 18 project. Located a few minutes from the historic cellars, this project is inspired by the charm of Port wine and the Art Deco style to develop a unique concept of amenities.
VINTAGE 18 has 80 apartments of types T1 to T4, including T2, T3 and T4 Duplex, with total private areas from 61 to 354m2, which bring to the experience of its residents the glamor of the Port wine cellars and the charm of the city undefeated.
The project’s common spaces allow residents to experience a lifestyle of comfort, leisure and well-being, with the indoor pool, gym, kids club, lounge and wine club, one of the differentiating spaces of this project. The Wine Club served as a motto and inspiration for the design of the remaining common spaces, giving the project its vintage identity, inspired by the 1920s and the history and importance of Port Wine in this region.
The project is part of the development of the Santa Marinha Design District subdivision, a place that has been consolidating its position as the urban reference of Gaia. This is a central location that benefits from a set of accessibilities that allow to quickly reach any point in the Metropolitan Area of Porto. The future expansion of the Porto metro, with completion scheduled for 2026, even includes the construction of a metro station that will connect the residents of VINTAGE 18 to the center of Porto in a few minutes.
